‘Super Nintendo’ by Vintz Desert and 3 Similar Tracks

‘Super Nintendo’ by Vintz Desert just dropped today! Check it out today! And why not take a look into 3 tracks with similar dreamy guitar sounds?

Vintz Desert – Super Nintendo

‘Super Nintendo’ is a brand new release (it came out today)! This track is a gorgeous acoustic ballad with strumming guitars, simple piano, and soft vocals loaded with emotion. The pace is then further filled up with a deep buzzy bass, a banjo, and gorgeous backing vocals. It lyrically explores a reminiscence of family relationships and how they grow apart due to personal difficulties. It gives a sense of nostalgia and longing for closeness with family.

Hailey Ray – grwm

‘grwm’ is mainly composed with an acoustic guitar and soft breathy vocals with an emotional pull. Additionally, there’s a dreamy resonance that comes through with the production. It captures the feelings of someone in their teens struggling with feeling unable to be themself due to mental health and societal pressure. And it rings true for adults who struggle with similar issues or have grown out of them.

Kelly Reynolds – Medicine

‘Medicine’ takes the dreamy and somber guitar influence from the last two tracks and makes it electric. The vocals hit a gorgeous and full alto tone, and the way they weave with the guitar is beautiful. On top of that, there’s some power and energy dashed in throughout. Lyrically, it explores love as if it’s a medicine. There’s a lot of emotion packed into the metaphor of “being off your meds” or not being with a partner or former partner.

In A Key – The River

‘The River’ has instrumentation that’s built with acoustic and electric guitar. The guitars are used in a unique way and are layered so that they fill bright and dark tones. The guitar solos are gorgeous, and the vocals have a deeper but soft sound. This track has more of a rock influence, unlike others in this list. Lyrically, It’s a metaphor that compares love to a flowing river but also touches on heartbreak. There’s a lot of poeticism in a way that builds an introspective sound.
