Cloud End /// Muo Duo

Muo Duo just released their debut album, Grammy Bait, on May 23, 2025, and ‘Cloud End’ is an ethereally atmospheric closer that wraps things up with dreaminess and emotion.

‘Cloud End’ is a lifelike indie pop-rock track with genre-bending influences, all tied together with crisp production. This track moves between different influences, and the dynamic use of rhythm makes it an experience through and through. Different sounds and vocal styles are used as the track flows section to section, which builds into a track that has something new around every corner. The way things are mixed with certain sounds in the background builds a layered atmosphere. Lyrically, this track is about love and connection, but it’s done in a poetic way that explores yearning and loss. The voice of the track does this using the idea of meeting “at the cloud end.” It details a connection in which one wants to be around another for the rest of their life. That being said, it also delves into ideas such as feeling stuck in a simulation, dealing with personal emotional struggles, and an inability to let go.

Muo Duo is a genre-defying two-piece that consists of Miles From Space and Winter, his sister. Miles is an award-winning composer for film, producer, singer, and trumpeteer. Winter is in the Met Opera’s children’s chorus, and she was formerly the actress for Young Elsa in Frozen on Broadway. These two siblings have a lot of experience, and this has built into a dynamic experience that can be found in Grammy Bait. ‘Cloud End’ is a strong closer, and it’s worth experiencing the entire album to get there!
