Q: What made you pursue a career in music, specifically Hip-Hop, at such a young age?
DYLANWALLACE: I always loved listening to music, but it wasn’t until I was 13 when I started to make music. My friend and I loved making youtube videos and I don’t know how this came about, but he started “beef” with me by making a diss track. So you know I had to make one back, so I did. Me and 3 friends hopped on a beat and toasted him. After that, I just started making music for fun not really thinking much of it until now. I’ve always loved listening to Hip-Hop and seeing how each artist put their own spin on the typical rap sound to create something unique and their own.
Q: How have your musical influences evolved over the past several years?
DYLANWALLACE My number one musical influence is Lil Uzi Vert, I love the way he presents himself as a person and an artist. Over time that hasn’t changed, however I do really admire what The Kid LAROI and Iann Dior are doing and how they’re kinda doing their own thing.
Q: You’ve put a couple singles out the past year. Walk us through your production process.
DYLANWALLACE: There’s nothing special when it comes to making these HITS! I just hear a beat, I feel it, record on it, and the rest is history.
Q: If you come collab with anyone on this planet, who would it be?
DYLANWALLACE: If I could collab with anyone on the planet 1000% it would be Lil Uzi, he just has an aura to his music that makes you feel like you are flying through space. I would be so hyped if we ever get to collab, especially on one of my songs, that’d be insane!
Q: What can fans expect next from DylanWallace?
DYLANWALLACE: I don’t have fans, we all friends here, but on a real though they can expect a new version of me, a new style if you will. I’m not playing around anymore, my time is now! Also I love and appreciate everyone that has been there for me and don’t switch up when we in public, trust the ones that had you then and got you now.
