For the past seven or eight decades, R&B has continuously refined music as a genre from the 1940s until today. However, there are still musical artists out there who continue to refine R&B as something that audiences can still listen to when wanting to find the perfect rhythm, especially for artists like Adri-Anne Ralph. Her release, “Give Up So Easily”, is a track with tons of lyrical content that has yet to be explored.
The L.A.-based singer and songwriter has been able to deliver a soulful and rhythmical piece with “Give Up So Easily.” It has been noted by Gargi Yadav, a writer for sinusodial.com, that the track is able to stir up a bit of nostalgia, making the listener feel soft “thanks to the lyrics.”
The piano-playing matches well as it could be heard throughout in a track that would pair beautifully with a scene in a movie that sets a certain mood, one where the protagonist is at a loss and is not able to move forward. This release, however, has become a treat for those who have no problem with moving to the sounds of rhythmic energy.
Once again, “Give Up So Easily” is a track from Ralph in February 2022, and has been able to release her previous track, “Season Bright”, in 2021. Those who are in love with R&B should check out Adri-Anne Ralph because I have no doubt that she would make her way to the top with her soft, outstanding talent and voice.
