Get lifted up with Dana Schindel’s sophomore single ‘You’ll Be Alright’!
‘You’ll Be Alright” is a beautiful country-pop single with a nice instrumental bounce and a raw acoustic sound. It does really well with its pacing, as it doesn’t rush but is dynamic in the way that the instrumentation flows. The percussion is simple but has moments where it takes the stage, and the guitar is mixed and layered to stand out but also let the vocals take the spotlight. The vocals for the most place are smooth, but they have a brassy twang at times which helps with making them stand out as emotional. Lyrically, this track is uplifting to its core, it seems to explore struggles but also shares that there is a way through it. The title and main hook ring out with optimism when it says, “You’ll be alright.” Overall, it explores the importance of living in the moment, trusting the self, and finding comfort in the uncertainty of the future.
Dana Schindel is a fresh-on-the-scene country pop artist with ‘You’ll Be Alright’ serving as her sophomore track. Her debut single “Keep Moving Forward” works well with storytelling, but it also tackles the idea that things will be okay. So far, her two singles have a lot of optimism. But, they also do explore harder emotions. This work with emotion foreshadows a resonant and relatable discography.
