AMBER Celebrates Collaboration On Debut EP Just a Daydream

London singer-songwriter AMBER has released her debut EP, Just a Daydream, introducing a collection of songs shaped by collaboration as much as personal experience.

The five-track release was written and recorded with producer Kipper Eldridge and explores love, heartbreak, healing and self-discovery through a blend of soul, jazz, funk and vintage pop. Inspired by the idea that imagination can transform everyday experiences into something meaningful, the project reflects AMBER’s interest in storytelling and songwriting.

That collaborative spirit extends beyond the music itself. The visuals for lead single “Say What” were created with students from The BRIT School, giving emerging creatives the opportunity to contribute to the release while adding another layer to the project.

Each song explores a different stage of the emotional journey, from the hopeful outlook of “St Tropez” to the self-reflection found in “Aromatherapy”. Along the way, “Say What” stands out with its upbeat rhythm and playful take on communication, adding another dimension to the EP’s wider narrative.

While Just a Daydream marks AMBER’s first EP, it also reflects a creative process built on shared ideas and artistic partnership. That collaborative approach gives the release its own character and makes it an appealing introduction to her growing catalogue.
